Maxwell Method of Communication Assessment

The Maxwell DISC assessments and reports raise the awareness of individuals by helping each understand their communication and behavior style to improve team collaboration, leadership influence, sales, connection through communication with results in improved work productivity.
DISC methodology of human behavior is the foundation of this report. Dr. William Moulton Marston, while at Harvard University in the 1920s, developed the DISC Theory while researching his book, The Emotions of Normal People. When his research was complete, the DISC Theory birthed into a validated and reliable assessment for personal and professional development. Your Values Style is a measure of your ideals and hidden motivators that affect behavior. Values Styles are not as observable or quickly resolved. Values are hidden and ingrained deep in our subconscious. Knowledge of Values Styles can help people become more tolerant of individual differences to reduce conflict and increase understanding.
