Candace Mae has been using and incorporating leadership tools since the early 2000s: Dr. John C. Maxwell’s principles, along with laws from Franklin Covey, Zig Ziglar, Dr. Henry Cloud, Dr. John Townsend, and Rachael Jayne Groover (to name a few).

Candace Mae brings over 35+ years of combined teaching and training, project management, and leadership spanning roles in paralegal, supply chain management, contracts, accounting, and information technology industries, in both corporate and higher education. Candace Mae has led several teams from various roles, e.g., Vice President of Administration, Assistant Director, Applications Manager, and an independent contributor as a subject matter expert. Through the years, Candace Mae has served, witnessed, and experienced strong leadership as well as poor leadership. Candace Mae has seen the impact leadership has on the lives of those they touch: whether it be terrible destruction or exhilarated growth. Everything rises and falls on leadership!
